May 2020

I participated in the virtual play created by Stratford East Theatre, No Masks. This was in response to the COVID-19 crisis. They asked for key workers to submit short videos discussing how their work and personal lives had changed, what had been challenging, what had been positive etc.

I talk about my work and volunteering experiences during the COVID-19 crisis at Get Loose, Hackney City Farm.

January 2019

Interviewed for Disruptive Environmentalist podcast. This was in my capacity as a Water for London volunteer. Explaining how the campaign campaign came out, what it is all about and how people can get involved.

May 2018 

London School Of Economics, I was asked to be the guest speaker at the annual Green Impact award ceremony. As I had previously worked there for 8 years. Green Impact is a university competition where departments take green actions and design creative projects to reduce the schools environmental impact.

I spoke about the journey I had been on with Green Impact, what I had learnt, top tips and where the experience had taken me now.

British Dietetic Association (BDA) article 2019 

An article to expand on BDA “One Blue Dot” point stating “water is the best source of hydration”. This was in conjunction with my husband Chris, in his capacity as a diabetes specialist dietitian. We look at how dietitians’ can dispel myths about water, helping more people to enjoy it at home and on the go. Links to the Refill campaign and Water for London.
